1. Loading Section
B. It adopts the rubber conveyor belt, speed cut electric motor and encoder location to ensure the smooth and steady transmission and accurate location.
C. Operator can modify the distance of step-by-step. And the transmission rate is adjustable from 4～13.5m/min.
2. Laminating Section
A. The Heating Board which is polished with two-sides is a thick board with many holes. The Planeness can reach ±250um/㎡. It adopts heating transfer oil circulation system. The Temperature Uniformity can reach ±1.5℃.
B. The Rubber of upper cover is non-toxic. And it adopts crumpled-resistance technology which may extend the lifetime of Rubber and improves the quality of solar modules.
D. The Mechanical Limit Lock on the upper cover is set to ensure the safety of operation. When the upper cover lifts in place, the Limit Lock will lock itself so that the cover stops lifting.
E. The Rubber Sheet is fastened by many Fastness Clamps. This Characteristic may cut short time for replacing.
F. The Chain of Transmission and Slide Way make the transportation smoothly and precisely with low noise.
G. The Cleaning Brush Roll which is set with conveyor of mainframe can clean the EVA /PVB automatically.
3. Unloading Section
A. It adopts the stainless steel roll shaft transmission. Many cooling fans are set behind the roll shafts which are drove by speed cut motor.
B. There are many Photoelectrical Sensors on the end of Unloading Section which may protect the solar modules from sliding down.
4. Vacuum System
The Vacuum Valve Sensors all adopts imported components. The Max .Vacuum realizes 30 Pa or ＜120Pa within 2min
5. Control System
A. Control Mode：Operation of semi-auto, auto and manual. It may realize module-in and out and laminate automatically and manually.
B. Integrated Control Technology: It can realize complicated polytechnic acquirement of laminating and solidifying monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline with Vacuum Technology, Pressure Transmission Technology, PID self-tuning Technology，Programmable Control and Relay Control systems.
C. This system may record the characteristic curves of major parameters, such as the Vacuum Degree and the Hot Plate Temperature.
D. The Pressurization Function can be divided to fast, middle and slow speed so that the operator can adjust it as need.
E. The transmission System adopts chain of transport, it can realize the module in-out automatically.
F. It adopts SIEMENS PLC to connect with computer, which meets the requirement of modern industrial automation.
G. There are independent control buttons on the loading and unloading sections to make module in-out easily. The operator also can set the distance of step-by-step by pressing the button.
H. The operation platform adopts high quality and sensitive touch screen with friendly interface and convenient operation. The varieties of technical parameters which are showing on one window are easy to understand and monitor.
I. The system is with statistics function of lamination times. It is convenient for checking working times and output of modules. It also can be regarded as reference for maintaining and replacing the consumable spare parts.
A. This laminator possesses Teflon Sheet Circulation System within the Upper Trunk so that it can joint to the Automatic Production Line. And This Cloth may protect rubber sheet from being adhered by any adhesive things such as EVA so as to maintain the service life of rubber sheet.
B. The clearing of High-Temperature Cloth is finished by a motor brush roll. It is convenient to operate.
C. The Upper Cover is up and down by air operated with no pollution and low noise.
A. Security: When the operator enters the dangerous region in the process of lowering the upper cover, the cover will stop lowering immediately to protect the operator’s safety.
B. Cylinder self-lock: When the Upper Cover goes up to its right place the Cylinder will lock itself to prevent the Upper Cover from sliding.
C. Upper Cover self-lock: When the equipment is running, if it is power off unexpectedly the Upper Cover will not slide down.
D. Emergency Operation System: The Emergency Buttons are set up in multiple locations. When the emergency occurs, the operator should press the button immediately to keep the equipment with original state of the same process.
E. The High Temperature Protection is set up in heating station.
F. There is low-level detection and alarming system in the heating transfer oil circulating system to prevent dangerous situation due to lack of oil.
G. The state of three-color warning lights will let you know the running state of the equipment and alarming signal timely and accurately.
H. Vacuum Reliable Alarming Function: the malfunction alarm including Air Supply, Vacuum, Oil-level, and High-Temperature, Frequency-Transformer and electric machinery. It is convenient for checking, maintaining and analyzing.
